For the purposes of this Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”), “Renewal Care” shall include Renewal Care Partners LLC, Renewal Care Foundation, Inc., and their affiliated entities. This Policy applies to the website located at www.renewalcare.org and any other websites under the control of Renewal Care (collectively, “Renewal Care Sites”), however Renewal Care Sites are accessed and/or used, or downloads that Renewal Care makes available.

This Policy applies only to information gathered online at Renewal Care Sites. Renewal Care Sites may contain links to sites operated by third parties. This Policy does not apply to information gathered through these other websites. In addition to this Policy, you should review and consult Renewal Care’s Terms of Use. Renewal Care shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages resulting from use of information collected from visitors to Renewal Care Sites.
